Kayla Chenault is a dedicated mental health therapist who completed their undergraduate studies at Florida State University and earned a graduate degree from Florida A&M University. Understanding the challenges many face, such as anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem, Kayla is committed to helping clients develop evidence-based skills to navigate life's pressures and cultivate a sense of empowerment.
