Zoie is a Registered Marriage and Family Intern, as well as a Registered Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern. Zoie has her Undergraduate Degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida, and most recently finished her Graduate Degree from Stetson University. She specializes in working with couples who are in distress and those experiencing issues involving substance abuse. She also works with individuals and adolescents starting at 15 years old. Zoie also has experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community and is an ally, as well as working with those of diverse cultures and races. 

She uses skills and techniques from many different theorists to include Internal Family Systems, Solution Focused, Gestalt, CBT, Narrative Therapy, and Psychoanalytic Theory. Zoie’s passion is supporting individuals and couples through the process of improving their mental health, addressing relationship stressors that affect the family system, or working to remodel the system during life changes. She believes that people have the ability to develop the skills needed to live their best life.

Zoie has experience working with individuals who are struggling with the following issues: Mood Disorders (depression, bipolar), Anxiety (general, panic, social), Personality Disorders (borderline, dependent, obsessive-compulsive), Couples seeking resolution during or after life events and/or issues creating conflict and distress in the relationship, and Individuals and couples experiencing addiction.
