We offer a fully furnished, private therapy office available for licensed mental health clinicians seeking part-time office space in a professional and confidential setting. This space is ideal for clinicians building a weekend caseload, transitioning into private practice, or telehealth providers who need an in-person option.

This is a license-to-use office arrangement and is not employment, supervision, or credentialing.

Office Features

  • Month-to-month flexibility (after 6 month minimum)

The office is available on the following days:

  • Friday – Full Day

  • Saturday – Full Day

  • Sunday – Full Day

Clinicians may reserve one day or multiple days.

Pricing

Monthly Rates:

  • Friday: $350

  • Saturday: $300

  • Sunday: $300

  • Full Weekend (Friday–Sunday): $850 (save $100)

A security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required to reserve the space.

This space is best suited for:

  • Licensed mental health clinicians (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist)

  • Clinicians in private practice or telehealth providers

  • Professionals seeking weekend or evening availability

  • Private-pay or hybrid practices

Requirements

To ensure a professional and compliant environment, all clinicians must provide:

  • Active Florida license

  • Proof of professional liability insurance

  • Signed License-to-Use Office Agreement

  • Compliance with office use guidelines

Important Notice

This office rental does not include:

  • Employment or contractor status

  • Clinical supervision

  • Credentialing or billing services

  • Access to the practice’s electronic medical record

Each clinician maintains full responsibility for their own practice, documentation, billing, and professional compliance.
