Tina Reyes

Tina is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She has worked with children in various capacities in non-profit organizations for over 30 years. Teaching in a research school for children and adults with specific learning disorders (dyslexia, dyscalculia, and dysgraphia) brought into focus the emotional struggles these children and their families faced. It was then she furthered her education in mental health, earning a master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University, Lynchburg, VA. Tina’s specialty is in young children, but works with all ages of children, teens, and adults. The Therapeutic approaches used are the following: CBT, Solution-Focused, Client-Centered, Motivational Interview, and Therapeutic Play/Art. Areas of competency are ADHD, Trauma, Grief, Parenting, Behavioral Issues, Anxiety, Anger Management, Life Adjustments, Christian Counseling, and Depression. Telehealth and In-Person sessions are available. In-Person sessions only for children under 12 years old.
